it was a good thing it was getting dark outside otherwise i would have just kept running. didn't feel tired. my breath totally under control. my form relaxed and strong the whole way.
i just ran out everything. finally by the end of my run my mind wasn't thinking about anything important - just how far i'd ran and calculating distances, and maybe a bit about the scenery and the woods...i finally want thinking about homework, my friends, what i was going to wear the next day, my parents, whether my room was clean, my busy schedule, my brother leaving for california again, my race last week and the meet in two days...

by the end of my run my arm wasn't quite as sore, just really heavy. i stretched it and hopefully it will feel better in the morning.

did crunch progression (just 20sec sets and just 10 push-ups in between), supermans, heel-toe walks, leg strengthening
