Comments:
Much more tired on today's interval workout. Wednesday and Thursday were both hard, and I was out drinking last night. Windy too. Also, some of the crops have been harvested in the fields so I don't know if I was ending my intervals at the same spot. I need to figure this distance out.
Kept the effort the same, didn't care about time. Last one fucking hurt. Couldn't have done another without a drastic decrease in performance. I even gave myself extra rest on the last one to hopefully finish strong. When I got to the last hill, my legs were sapped of energy. At least the first 4 were very consistent.
