Comments:
on the rivers edge course today, which i hate btw. its like a giant track. anyways, killian and i took 1 and 2 like we were supposed to, and took it easier and slower as we were supposed to, but to be honest it felt decently hard for me. i blame the wind a little but really i was being beat by the course. not a good feeling, especially when im not supposed to be going very hard. oh well, we won so it all works. had to run in training shoes, which didnt help matters, but again whatever. guessed warm up and cool down mileage and time. and kinda guessed race time too actually
