Comments:
Ran with the first group (kinda) on a fartlek-type workout led by Link and The Kid. I'm still kinda sick and not in nearly as good of shape as all those guys, so I expected to get dropped, and I did. Hard. It's all good though, just more motivation. 15ish warmup and cooldown, I think about 40 minutes of fartlek at completely random intervals with about full recovery. Sore after.

Minimal stretching, breakfast at Brooke's, abs with Thea, Meghan, and Corey outside Michelson, Hips in my room.
