Felt really good. Didn't run too hard or fast, but with the hills this is a good workout. Increasing mileage by 3 for the week, so trying to conserve a bit of energy for the 16 miler. Carried 10oz water. Was dealing with serious knee pain at this time last year: currently not a bit of it.
