Weather: Medow same weather as last week

Comments:
Did basically the same workout as last week at the medow. The paces were spead up about 5 seconds but that was the only diference. I ran pretty much the same workout we did last time. I just took the first couple down a second or too. I felt a lot worse today though. Pretty much just in my legs. The hill destroyed them every time from the third repeat in. But we took less rest and my heart rate was lower so that was an encouraging thing for me.
