Did the MD lift for another week. Only 2 sets this week because people were getting destroyed. I took the reprieve becasue my legs were still destroyed from the weekend.

Clean x 15 with 75
Squat to jerk w 15 with 65
Pushups x 15
Pullups x 15 7,6,4 finish with row ups
DB arm runs x 20 each with 5's
Bar dips x10
