Daves warmup loop than did 14 of the infamous, Rybczynskis except now theres that second hill on the way up. Felt sluggish for the first four or five then got in a nice rhythm. One of them was particularly hard since gene had us run up the hills backwards...ouch. Anyways, overall pretty good workout. Read in running times about how the Kenyans cooldown: strides, jumping jacks, quick feet cycles, etc for series of 30 seconds or so. Gonna start incorporating that into my daily cooldown routine along with the running portion of it.
