Ran after lunch taoday cuz I slept in to try to get myself back to feeling not really tired all the time. I don't know if its working. I'm still really tired but we'll talke it day by day and see how it goes. My legs are pretty sore from everything which sucks. And the ice bath was closed when I went down there which kinda pisses me off. Hopefully its not too big of a deal for the rest of the week. Pretty slow run out to Warrinesville and back. Alone which was nice. Just did my pace and tried to recover.
