Warmup from Belair through heartbreak/indian and down to bridge and back. Then did 5 intervals throughout the park, more hills again today. First one felt really good, then stomach started hurting, legs tired. Nice recovery jog in between each one. Although they all weren't particularly that fast, legs felt light and crisp (still hurt though) so I really worked on the lengthiness of my stride which felt pretty fuckin awesome if I say so myself. Hard, solid workout today, I believe my new cooldown routine is whats making my legs feel so fresh even after hard workouts. Cooldown back to Curley through chesterfield.
