Weather: too warm
Comments:
nice easy warm up of 3 nature loops, some sprint relay things around mount campus (hurt legs cause of springing a bit, hope my muscles recover for a killer workout tomorrow), then a shortened church loop for cooldown. guessed time and mileage cause i didnt time all the sprints.
