Comments:
Thresholds suck. Well I mean it was fine but I just generally don't enjoy them. I started out like I was hot shit, which is never a good idea but I didn't do TOO horrible the second mile. My pace was 8:10 so the first mile was SUPER fast but the second mile was pretty good. The last 5 minutes was torture but whatever.
I DID PUSH UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
