Comments:
Did 3, two interval sets on Bermudas with a normal one (.17) then a "super" one (.32) doing one of each in each set. Except the last one the super was extended to be bike path to laferdis and back t the top of bermuda (.55). First recovery jog was .37 then .8, overall an okay day. Not really pushing that hard, didnt have tooo much of a problem with the hill. Cooldown from the top of Bermudas back to Curley through chesterfield. Stretched and strides when got back to the track. Gonna be nice to have two easy days tomorrow and friday. Should actually be a decent race staurday!
