Comments:
felt pretty lousy, just drained and stiff, but i was able to go pretty fast--probably due to not running yesterday. didn't feel aerobically fatigued through the first 3K, which was 1018. 1k 323, 3K 1013, 2k 640, 1k 315. pretty solid workout.
