Resting HR: 52. HR is back down, but still congested.
With the top 14ish, got a little tongued tied and said, "Deafed up grease guy" instead of "Greased up deaf guy", drills.

5 mi tempo @ 5:40-5:50 pace, felt a little tougher than it should have, but I expected as much, decent workout and everyone stuck together, even Wyatt, got stopped at the light for about 8 seconds, the difference between my time and Coach's time, splits: 5:45, 5:44, 5:45, 5:41, 5:42. HR: 160.
