Shortened tempo on a Wednesday??

Comments:
Today was a shorter tempo to give our legs a break going into Cooper's lake and the 6 day turn around for All-Ohio. My legs are definitly feeling better. There actually less sore after the workout and hopefully an ice bath will cure everything. The tempo went pretty well. Everyone stayed together. We helped Wyatt along and he finished well which was good. Felt okay on the tempo. Not good not bad just fine.
