Comments:
I met with Coach before practice and a month later... my iron levels are low and I am supposed to start taking iron. Coach thinks I should see some effects in 2-3 weeks.
Anyways, this was a shorter tempo at the same pace we've been running, so it was easier, but not easy. I felt confident and relaxed in the pack, unlike in every other workout we've done. My heart rate at the end was 184, so a little below average but not so low I wasn't trying.
