First track workout in three weeks. I've been a lazy bum. 2x200m, 4x400m, 6x200m. Goals for 200m@38s and 400m@79s

Then Jordan attacked my honor and challenged me to a race, he's a noob though so he wanted to do it before the end. My watch read 27.4, he was a quarter second or so after me. Honor defended!

Also Morgan showed up. He didn't want to run with me though :(
