Weather: still hotter than its been

Comments:
Ran with the real Corey today. Pretty good run in all. Felt pretty good. My legs are no longer sore which definitly means taking it a little easier on Wednesday was benificial for me. Had a good talk with Corey about running mostly which I loved of course. The run went by pretty fast. Good recovery run.
Hip drills and plyos with some MD guys, Static 3, pick 7 abs x 34 then a minute of front plank, buddies with dave dixon, 3 x pullups(to max) and dips (x10), kinda warm ice bath because I had two hotties with me in it!
RHR: 44
Slept: 9-9.5 hours
