Wow, I definitely expected to hit our times on those 2000s. (I didn't) Our first 3000 was fast enough and I thought we could hold that time.. but I think this workout was so good! I was motivated at the end by Naomi each time, and I was pulled along by Morgan and Lauren Brady! I may have talked too much but Dan and Brady say it helps to distract from the pain a lot. I think I could have gone faster..? I was not totally dead at the end. I almost was holding back for Friday. But not quite - my legs were tired! It was a very good feeling although obviously it didn't help the A1s. Sometimes I wonder why I am not an exhausted Quenton Cassidy right now like the boys seem to be. Today I definitely felt the leg soreness!
I will try not to revel in it - sore = not a good thing.
Also - I have been ice bathing and stretching one set of the Dan stretches, but I will try doing 2 sets.
