saturday swimming session

decided to swim today. everyone was at coopers lake, so there wasnt really anyone to run with. Swam really well for 30 min, then did a 4x4 VO2 in the shallow end. Feeling better in the hip afterward. Did hips and some back, which I missed yesterday. Abs and pushups went well. Planning on a nice easy run tonight to get in 5 days and get in the miles. Ill do a good stretch and leg hangs after that.
