About miles for the warm-up. A1s. Was a little slower than the established pace, but not considerably slower--just a few seconds. It was tough, both mentally and physically. I can really feel all the hard training swelling up inside of me. I think this week will be my last of high volume. Maybe I'll cut my mileage by 7-10 miles.
