Cooper's Lake XC Course
Didn't get my resting HR this morning because I popped out of bed as soon as my alarm went off. Found it hard to fall asleep last night.
With the team, stretch, drills, "No Pain!"
Cooper's Lake XC Course
CMU Mid-East Regional Preview. Stuck to the plan adjusted to my congestion, started out about 5th or 6th on the team and just kept moving up, surprised with how well I raced, I was worried that my congestion would hurt my performance, apparently, this is not the case, even splits for the entire race, surprised that how strong Oberlin looked today, need to work on starting my finish a bit farther out, took 14th overall and 2nd on the team, men's team took 3rd behind CMU and Oberlin, women's team took 2nd behind Oberlin, congratulations to my future wife on her victory.
