Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to watch Harding run and did my workout on the course before/during the guys race. Warmed up about a mile and did a fartlek of about a total of 55 minutes. Was going to go longer but my hip was really bothering me so I ended early. Waited too long to cool down when I was watching the girls race. Ran a little with Katie after her race and then more on my own, watch says the total time was 1:24:33, so I'm just guessing on the mileage.
