Happy with this one. Kept a steady pace of 9:45 through the first t5 and then picked it up a bit. Tried to keep steady and conserve energy. Praying and listening to good stuff really kept me moving. After one of these it is hard to think of running any further...9 miles more seems like a joke. Hopefully with time and training it can happen. Not a hint of knee or other pain. 30oz water 10oz gatorage. Gel at 55-1:05 and 1:55-2:00
