Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
we were told to do 45-60 minutes, and we went in circle around a park for a while so ryan could stay on the grass. then we came back after 35 min but cartwrite told us to go out for 10 more. at first i wasnt confident in long runs before meets, but both coaches talked to me after and i understand the reasoning behind it now.
