Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 mile warm-up, 5 mile tempo on Genny course in 28:30(5:40 pace), 4x400m in low 70's with about 2 minutes rest, 3 mile cool down. Felt great on tempo. Hung with front pack and didn't feel out of my comfort zone. 4x400's were not fun, hopefully I'll be gaining some turnover as the season goes.
