Comments:
Due to the weather this morning I thought it would be a really chill run...wrong. The first step I took,from my knees down, felt like someone was hitting them with a hammer. Ran about 1.2 on the roads then jumped onto the baseball field and finished my run there around the perimeter. Almost instantly the pain stopped haha, muscles were still pretty tight, my tendon kinda feels better though. Afterwards, stretched out, did strides, then did 3 sets of 2x 80 meter "extra inch" with each set getting slower. That felt really nice, first time Ive ever gonna barefoot, pretty cool. Then stretched some more and went home, tomorrow should be a good race.
