My legs felt kinda tired from my run yesterday. Last 10 minutes of the tempo were hard, but I caught back up to Rusty and Nick at the end. The tempo was pretty much 4 miles on the spot.
New word for the day: Pludgetastical - imagining yourself doing something imaginary.
