New lifts today. I feel like I didn't use enough weight today. Definitly need to increase for the next time.

DB snatch x 10 with 20's
Decline pushups x 10
DL jump onto box x 10
Single leg squats with 1 foot on box with 20 at chest 10 each leg
Upright row x 10 with 45
Pullups x 6,4,3 finish to 10 with jump pullups
