anatomical adaption ..I mean.. easing into it since its been since high school football since I've really spent quality time in a weight room. Went for 50- 60% max and 15-20 reps for a transition phase.

Squats @ 115lbs 4x15reps
Bench Press @ 115 4x15
Leg Press @ 100 4x20
Lat Pull @ 90lbs 4x15
Glute Press @ 90 4x20
Seated Row @100 4x15

Step-ups @40lbs 20reps
50 box jumps
ab work with medicine ball and 50 roman chairs (which was freaking hard after working the legs!!)

Post stretch and 20min in the steam room
