Weather: muddy and rainy
Comments:
1.4 mile warmup to Tilden to do tough workout, which was 10 x 550 meter field loops at Tilden's lower field. Workout was tough, felt tired by the third one. New shoes really helped though, and felt fresh in them. Ended the workout on a solid note. 1.4 mile cooldown back to WJ, but than realized that I left my pants at Tilden so ran back to Tilden. Sorry.
