My stomach was completely killing me warming up, but felt marginally better during the actual workout. For some reason we, especially me, were having a hard time going out on pace and ran the first 400 in a 75. We basically went out hard and sort of cashed it in on the first two and finished solidly on the third. I ran the entire workout with Ethan Teare and Paul Curtiss, though Paul finished harder than Ethan and I on the last one. I felt like I was constantly pushing the pace just a little more than the other two except for the last mile.
