The first split tempo of the year

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Bitch rain all day. And cold. The second put a damper on the first

Comments:
The workout was 2x2 mile at slightly faster than tempo pace toady. I worked out at 3 so the only boys were Bobby, Corey, and me. I definitly felt the long run and lift from yesterday. Felt pretty good on the reps though. Ran with Bobby for the first two then kinda let go for the last one. 1 min rest between plus heart rate check. Mine with like 27 and 29 after the first 2. Took a little bit extra rest before the last one since Corey and Bobby's heart rates were a little above what they should have been.
About the last one. Its good that I was able to blow one out that well but I feel like it kinda made the workout into something it wasn't supposed to have been. Oh well. I'll just use it as a confidence boost going into All-Ohio on Friday. I'll go real easy these next 2 days. I should be fine for the race.
