Goin Old School

Weather: mild, mid 60's

Comments:
Watched the highschool county meet. Afterwards I ran mile repeats on the track for old time's sake. Warmed up with one mile then did 5 x 1mile repeats. Times are as follows: 5:18, 5:21, 5:20, 5:16, 5:19. I felt very smoothe, probably could have went another mile or two at the same pace. legs are sore from it though. Thought I did well today, no hip problems. I had to rush the cool down and stretch afterward because I didn't know how much longer the gate would have been unlocked.
