Weather: cooler weather helped and some wind

Comments:
Ran with pete 1/2 mile warm up, then 3 miles straight 7:53,7:43,7:25.
Then drove back to UT, warmed up 1/2 mile+ then did 2.5 miles continuous(800-200-800-200-800-200-800-200), then another 1/2 mile + cool down.
splits: 2:45-53-2:43-53-2:42-54-2:40-50=14:
