Comments:
Split tempo on MLK...3 x 2 miles with the pace 5:25 - 5:35.

Tim Paul and I ran it together. Everything felt good. On the last mile I could tell I raced saturday...but nothing some recovery and icing, etc won't take care of. Then, I swam did abs, hips, and stretched + rolled when back.
