Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warmed up with the team and ran a few 200's. I then ran the course and J&B's. During the run, I ran 5X5 minutes at 6:00 pace. The last two intervals were closer to 5:00-5:20. I took a 90 second active recovery in between intervals. As a whole, felt great today. Running in the rain tomorrow should be fun.
