Weather: Nice day. Its back to nice

Comments:
Ran shorter today than normal. I was feeling that last rep from yesterday and just feeling not that good in general. So I cut it short today. I went out with Jeff, Alex, Dave Dixon, and Ben. They were doing 6 and I was going to add another 4 for 10 but I just stopped when I got back. My mileage will probably be high this week anyway so its not too big of a deal. Felt okay on the run. Looks like it will probably be a fairly early night for me.
Static 3, Roll, Hurdle drills, hip stuff (2 sets), slow pushups, 3xpullups to max with 3x10 bar dips between, pick 8 abs x35 focus on form
RHR: 44
Slept: 6 hours (Still having trouble falling asleep. I'm gonna try not eating much right before bed)
