Weather: warm with a cool wind

Comments:
legs felt like trash from yesterday. hip felt ok, it was a little sore after the run. got back to fitness after 6.5 and some lil niglet stole my shirt so i went out for 3 more with my runnin partner. legs felt bette after i was done. i'll take tomorrow off and take a spinning class for my second workout, should be fun.
