Comments:
From top of the hill. All alone out to coventry and back. Dont really have enough time to fit in a run today, so i did it this morning. Felt ok, felt a slight pain in my knee, might have just twisted it the wrong way. Hip felt weak near the end. Also doing this to get the 5 days a week in. Probably rest on friday or sunday. Just stretch, roll and abs after. No hips or ice unfortunately.
