Comments:
Warm-up and cool-down 2 miles a piece. Eight by 800 with 4 minutes rest between. Splits were 2.22 2.22 2.21 2.22 2.22 2.21 2.22 2.22--it was tough, having the wind and running alone, especially. Fought through it though and feel fine.
