10 minutes after I woke up - 72
I wanted to go faster!! I won't be able to push myself really well every workout, I guess, especially when there is no measuring standard. I guess Morgan is a measuring standard. But it is hard to keep up on these speed things.
The first one was harder than it should have been - breathing was harder than it should have been. I attribute that to the cold.
