Weather: Colder but no rain

Comments:
Did my usual long run with Paul Curtis today. Didn't eat enough and just generaly felt shitty the whole time. Pit stop at about 14 miles. It was bad. I've been having problems in that department. Me and Paul had a good chat. Feel pretty bad. I'll get after the workout tomorrow. I hope its not a tempo. Ive always found running hard to be strangly soothing.
Missed my RHR again. Had a bad weekend.
pick 8 abs x 35, and slow pushups again.
