Comments:
Ran at Rockefeller Park today for our 1k repeats. It was a nice change of senery. Was a little confused on the course and how to pace it the first one but was pretty much good to go from there. Didn't really feel that great today. My quads are tired from the long run and the weekend and not sleeping very well these last few night. I'm in the process of getting my shit back together though so I'll be good. Also the antibiotics I'm on are kinda messing with me and I had to poop pretty good the last few intervals. That being said the workout went well. Was at the low end of the range for all of them and was really happy with that. This was a good workout because I can run about 5 seconds a K slower than this in spikes at Oberlin and be around where I'm assuming I'm going to need to be. 3 minutes of walked rest between all of them.
Splits: 3:17(woops!), 3:05, 3:05, 3:04, 3:04, 3:06, 3:07, 3:03
Static 1, Roll back in dorm, hips (1 set), ankle strengthening stuff, pick 8 abs x 36
Missed my RHR It was pretty high last night though
