MD lift today. Used approperate weight which made it harder and my quads are pretty sore from the workout.
Hang Snatch x 10 with 30's
Decline pushups x 20
DL jump on box x 10
Lunge with back foot on box holding 30 on chest x 10 each
Upright rows x 10 with 45
Pullups 5,4,3 finish with jump pullups to 10
