Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, pretty nice

Comments:
Ran a progression run with FP on NP. Warmed up to Coventry then did laps around the lower lake, 21 minutes of progression. Felt pretty good, especially since I haven't run since last Tuesday. No achilles pain at all, which is a very good sign. Stayed with him until the last interval when I got dropped. Still went pretty hard today and got a good workout I'd say. Only complaint is that I got a massive blister behind the ball of my right foot from actually running in the orthotics for the first time. Hoping that doesn't keep me from running tomorrow, although it might because my ankle hurt when I got back from the cooldown, meaning that I adjusting my foot striking to keep the blister from hurting as much.

Stretch, abs, PT the same as normal except no lunges today.
