Comments:
Kamron and I ran out on NP and around the first lake. The rest of the team did a workout at the end of MLK. We kept up a nice pace and I felt alright. When I got back, did hips upstairs, new drills downstairs, and then some stretching, Ice and Abs. hurdles werent out so I couldnt do that. Jessica knows whats up now so that is good. Also I am upping the mileage to 25 miles per week. Swim workout and night run tomorrow!
