warm-up, then got too competitive, remembered the old 6k tests we use to do for boat placement.

Well, high school me is over a minute faster, but I can seriously dominate a 200m "sprint".

cool-down, finish off the hour (30m+). Distance is a guestimation, around 13000+ meters
