Comments:
Prep phase just like last week, but upping the ante on the weight (esp for lower) toward 60-70%.
Rotation:

Squat 4x15 @ 125lbs
Seated Row 4x15 @ 110lbs
Leg Press 1x20 @ 140lb, 1x20@160lb, 2x20 @180lbs
Lat Pull 4x15@ 90lbs
Step-up(A) 1x50 @ 50lbs (maybe the leg press did something because these killed me!)
Box Jump x 50
Planks
Glute Press 2x15 @105
Roman Chair x50
Step-Up(B) 1x50 @50lbs (again... jeez)
